Why we’ve paused US orders for a minute

Unfortunately, due to several factors, we’ve had to pause shipping to the United States while we transition to a new fulfilment centre. The timing isn’t ideal, but it’s necessary.

New US tariffs and the removal of the de minimis rule under Trump’s administration have made orders way more complicated, expensive, and unpredictable. Until now, we’ve been absorbing a lot of the chaos behind the scenes. However, the changes require a proper setup on the ground that’s designed to handle it.

So right now, we’re moving everything to a new warehouse partner who’s better suited to clothing brands like ours and way better placed to help us keep US orders smooth in the future. That means less random customs drama, less hassle for you, and faster, more reliable shipping.

We expect to be back up and running after 7th September, but getting the new US set-up dialled might take a little longer. We’ll keep you updated here and on socials.
