US Shipping Paused

Why we’ve paused US orders for a minute.

We’re still in the process of switching to our new US fulfilment setup, and it’s taking a little longer than expected. The reason? We’re working to implement an important change that’ll make your shopping experience smoother in the long run.

Here’s what’s going on:

Due to tariffs introduced under Trump’s administration and the removal of the de minimis rule, many packages sent to the US are now at risk of extra import charges. That can mean duty, VAT-style taxes, and even random handling fees added by couriers once your order hits the border.

Currently, these costs are unpredictable and often only become apparent once your parcel has already entered the country. That’s not the experience we want for you.

While we can’t eliminate these import costs entirely (they’re built into the system), we’re working with our new fulfilment partner to minimise them wherever possible and, crucially, to make them transparent at checkout. That way, you’ll know exactly what you’re paying upfront, instead of being ambushed later by a customs email demanding more cash before you can get your gear.

It’s taking us a little more time to set this up fully, but it’s worth it to ensure our US supporters have the smoothest experience we can deliver.
