Postage on UK orders: £1.99
Postage on EU orders: £3.99
Postage on international orders: £4.99

How long will your order take?

Once your payment has been received you will be sent an automated order confirmation by email. We aim to dispatch your order within 2 business days (Monday to Friday). When it has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification of that. If you have not received this notification within 3 business days (Monday to Friday), please email clothing@storror.com and include your order number so our customer services can investigate for you. 

Items are shipped using Royal Mail's standard service.

UK orders can be expected to arrive within 3-7 days of dispatch notification.

European orders are usually delivered within 1 to 2 weeks.

Orders to the rest of the world can take 2 to 3 weeks to arrive.

What is our returns policy?

Please make sure you carefully check that your delivery address is correct before finalising your purchase!

Refunds will be given up to 14 days from when the product was received. Please send back to returns address above quoting your original order number, name and address. 

We cannot refund your original postage costs.

You are liable for your own return postage costs.  

When will X be back in stock?

Not all items get restocked, but key products are typically restocked 8 weeks after they're sold out.

What size item should you buy?

Check our size guide here SIZE GUIDE - if in doubt, our clothes generally have a standard fit so order your normal size. 

When will STORROR TENS training shoes be available?

Not for a while yet! We're switching to a different manufacturer and still finalising the design with them. We'll announce it in the newsletter as soon as we have an update so make sure you're signed up to the mailing list!

How can you get a wristband?

Wristbands are not available currently - sorry!
