Official Free Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) and STORROR

1. The Promoter The Promoter of this Free Prize Draw is STORROR Limited, of 15-17 Middle Street, Brighton, BN1 1AL. The benefiting charity is The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM), charity registration number 1110621.

2. Eligibility 2.1. The Draw is open to all residents worldwide aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter and their close relatives. 2.2. Only one entry per person is permitted regardless of the entry method chosen. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

3. The Prizes 3.1. The prizes for each giveaway are listed below:

• A digital voucher worth £500, redeemable at the official STORROR online store.
• A lifetime membership to the STORROR+ platform
• A physical artwork created by Max & Benj Cave
• A wooden spoon carved by Toby Segar

3.2. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered.

4. Entry Routes (Free Draw Compliance) To comply with the Gambling Act 2005, this is a Free Prize Draw and is therefore exempt from UK licensing requirements. Entry is free, and a donation is NOT required to enter or win. Donating does not increase the odds of winning.

4.1. Paid Entry Route (Via Donation): Any individual who makes a single donation of [Minimum Donation Amount, e.g. £5] or more to CALM via the official STORROR Tiltify fundraising page during the promotion period will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Draw.

4.2. Free Entry Route (No Purchase Necessary): To enter without making a donation, entrants must send an email with the subject line 'CALM Prize Draw Entry' containing their:

5. Draw Dates 5.1. The Draw will open at 10:00 AM GMT on 01/12/2025]. 5.2. The closing date for all entries (both donation and free routes) is 23:59 PM GMT on 15/12/2025]. Entries received after this time will not be included.

6. Winner Selection and Notification 6.1. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries (including free entries) using a verifiable random selection method (e.g., a random number generator) on [Date of Draw, e.g., 16/12/2025]. 6.2. The winner will be notified by email or phone within seven (7) days of the draw. 6.3. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and draw a replacement winner. 6.4. The name of the winner will be made available upon request.

7. Data Protection The Promoter will only use the personal data provided to administer the prize draw and for no other purpose, in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
